Centralized BMS for HVAC & Lighting Control, Professional Audio-Visual Systems, Unified Automation Platform
To achieve seamless operational control and energy efficiency for the hotel's high-traffic restaurant and banquet hall. The client needed to manage complex HVAC zones, dynamic lighting scenes, and professional AV from a single, reliable system to reduce overhead and enhance guest comfort for any event type.
We engineered a unified building management and automation solution. A central BMS now intelligently controls and monitors HVAC zones based on occupancy and time schedules. The lighting system was automated with tunable-white LED fixtures, programmed with presets (e.g., “Daytime Dining,” “Evening Gala,” “Presentation Mode”). All AV equipment (audio, video, projection) was integrated into the same platform, allowing staff to launch full environment presets from a single touch panel or tablet.
Significant reduction in energy consumption, flawless environment transitions for events, and simplified staff operations. The hotel now manages lighting, climate, and technology for its premier spaces with precision and reliability, elevating the guest experience while lowering operational costs.
