Scope
Home Automation, Professional-Grade Multi-Zone AV, Enterprise-Grade Cybersecurity & Networking, Dedicated Executive Workspace Integration
To create a unified intelligent environment within a 5-floor custom villa that seamlessly blends luxurious living with the robust, secure technology infrastructure required for a high-level executive's full-time home office. The client needed flawless video conferencing, dedicated secure networks, and intuitive control over the entire property.
We implemented a Crestron-based automation system for lighting, climate, and motorized treatments across all floors. A high-fidelity, concealed audio system delivers music to every room. The critical home office was equipped with a dedicated, secure network segment, enterprise-grade firewall, professional 4K video conferencing setup, and soundproofing. The entire villa is secured with a biometric access system and IP surveillance, all managed from a single, elegant touch panel interface.
A future-proof estate where leisure and high-stakes business coexist perfectly. The client enjoys effortless “scene-based” living (e.g., “Entertain,” “Good Night”) with the absolute confidence that their home office is as secure and capable as a corporate headquarters.
